Staff members may encounter the most loyal, repeat guests who are regular “Bandonistas” and those who are here for the very first time to check a golf trip off their bucket list. The resort is open year-round and offers plenty of opportunities to work and play along the Southern Oregon Coast.
Do you offer employee housing?
We do offer onsite and offsite housing IF there are rooms available at a discounted monthly rate. Rooms are assigned through our staff housing department. No pets are allowed on staff housing property. Employees are also welcome to seek out their own offsite housing as well in the surrounding areas.

Coos County offers a great deal of outdoor activities for you to itch that adventure seeking drive. Whether you like water activities like kayaking, surfing, and world-class fishing, or prefer searching out serene trail hikes, the activities are endless in the area. On top of those activities and many others, as an employee of the resort, you will have the opportunity to play complementary golf at all of the renowned Bandon Dunes Golf Resort courses.
Bandon Dunes is located off the southern coast of Oregon in a very remote area, if you’re looking for a fast paced city lifestyle then Bandon is not the place to be. Successful employees are those who love the remote life filled with the beauty of the outdoors.

401k match, $1.00 on every dollar up to 3% of your annual salary, $0.50 on every dollar from 3-5% of your annual salary.

More than two decades ago, Mike Keiser set out to find a piece of property on which he could build Dream Golf. Inspired by the best in the home of golf—Scotland, Ireland, and England—the initial course would be built on rugged, windswept sand dunes, and be open to the public. From this dream, Bandon Dunes was born in 1999, with seven courses being added at the resort in ensuing years. Built on the success of the west coast resort, five courses at Sand Valley in Central Wisconsin have since followed, along with a new resort outside Denver, Colorado, Rodeo Dunes, currently under construction. This incredible growth has led to more career opportunities across our various Dream Golf resorts.
