What is your deposit policy?
  • Reservations: Deposit payment in the amount of one room night rate for each room reserved plus one 18-hole round of golf per player reserved.
  • Golf Only Reservations: Deposit payment in the amount of the rounds reserved is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable inside 90-days.
  • Group Reservations (16 or more – corporate or master billing): Deposit payment and dates due are detailed in the group contract. Contact a group coordinator for questions or concerns.
What is your cancellation policy?

General Reservations

  • All rooms and tee times confirmed herein are the responsibility of the booking party.
  • All future reservations will be subject to the standard 30-day cancellation policy.
  • Cancellations/reductions made after that time will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
  • All seasonal stay and play combo deposits are non-refundable inside 30-days.
  • All golf-only reservations are non-refundable inside 90-days.

Group Reservations

  • We have a ninety-day cancellation policy. Please refer to your contract.
  • If you have any questions or need to make any changes, please contact your group coordinator.
Any additional guest occupancy fees?

There is an additional charge of $20 per person for more than two adults in a traditional double occupancy room; a rollaway is additional. Children 17 and under staying in the same room with parents are complimentary.

What time is check-in and check out?

Check in is at 4:00pm (Pacific)

Check out is at 11:00am (Pacific)

How early can I make dining reservations for my upcoming trip?

You are able to book all of your dining reservations up to 6 months before arrival.

Are there shuttle services on property?

During your stay at Bandon Dunes, there is no need to drive your car. Our team of shuttle drivers is happy to take you wherever you’d like to go. Shuttle service is available 24 hours a day. Call (541) 347-5894, use our shuttle app, or dial from your room phone to request a shuttle.

Note: Although our shuttle service is for on-site transportation only, our Guest Services team or front desk agents are happy to provide contact information to off-property transportation partners.

Is there a place to charge an electric car on the property?

Yes, we have two different locations. When arriving at the resort on Randolph Road, turn left at “The Grove” signage, then turn left again when you arrive at the official “Grove Reception” welcome sign. We offer 2 Tesla and 1 universal charger adjacent to the Grove Reception building. Also in the parking area at Ghost Tree Grill you will find 2 Tesla and 2 universal chargers.


What is your pet policy?

Bandon Dunes Golf Resort allows licensed service animals only, provided the service animal is under the handler’s control at all times. (Please note that service animals must be leashed and may not be left unattended in guest rooms and public areas). If you are traveling with a non-service animal we recommend The Inn at Face Rock, a Best Western property: (800) 638-3092.

Are guests allowed to fish the lakes on Bandon Dunes Golf Resort property?

Yes, visiting guests staying on property are allowed to fish for largemouth bass and cutthroat trout on our lakes. A daily Oregon fishing license is needed.

What is your dress code?

Appropriate casual golf attire is requested. Soft spikes only, please. Denim is discouraged on golf courses but acceptable in all other resort areas.

When do you aerify your greens?

Below is our aerification schedule. Any course played within 5 days of its aerification will have a 25% discount off the greens fee.

Do you have a practice facility?

Yes. It is complimentary for all resort guests. It is also open to the public at a day guest rate of $10, which can be paid at any of the golf shops.

What is your rain check policy?

Should you choose not to play your round of golf due to inclement weather, you will need to contact the golf shop directly while on-property. You will be charged for and issued a voucher that is redeemable for future golf or golf merchandise. Once you tee off, you have committed to the round of golf and are not eligible for a voucher. Replay rounds may be canceled at any time without penalty.

What is your debit and credit card policy?

Bandon Dunes Golf Resort does hold nightly pre-authorization amounts on credit/debit cards. All pre-authorization holds are released by Bandon Dunes Golf Resort at the time of check-out.

Do you have caddies?

Yes. Taking a caddie is encouraged. Resort caddies are individual contractors and all caddie fees are to be paid by the guest directly to the caddie. The caddie fee is $100 per bag, per round plus gratuity.

Can I take a riding golf cart?

Bandon Dunes is walking-only, however, riding golf carts are available to all guests with a permanent disability that prevents them from walking their round. The cart fee is $30 and a caddie is required to assist navigating the courses.  Such a request must be arranged with documentation prior to arrival and recommended outside of the 30-Day cancellation policy. Can I use a pull cart?

We have complimentary pull/push carts available or you may bring your own. The sand and lack of paths can be difficult on motorized pull carts.

What wireless internet and TV cable options are provided on property?

Bandon Dunes Golf Resort offers complimentary WiFi in all guest rooms. All guest rooms offer Golf Channel, NFL Network, CBS College Sports Network, MLB Network, ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, ESPN Classic, and more. Please check with the Tufted Puffin lounge for specific sporting event broadcasts.

Do you all provide laundry service?

Yes, we coordinate with an off-property service, Monday-Friday only. Please drop off laundry by 8:30 a.m. at the front desk with a laundry slip. Laundry will be returned by 5 p.m. if dropped off before 8:30 a.m. that same day. Cost varies. On-property, Guest Services can assist with drying wet outerwear (rain gear, rain hats, and rain gloves) only. Please check with their main office across from the Lodge for when they can accept wet attire.

Does the resort provide RV parking?

RV parking is available for reserved hotel guests only. There are no hook-ups and you’re not allowed to stay in your RV on property. The closest campground with full hook-ups is Bullards Beach State Park.

I am not staying on property. Can I still use the Massage Center?

Massages are offered for golfing and resort guests only.

We offer on-property shuttle service only. Local ground transportation providers are recommended for airport arrival and departures.

Does Bandon Dunes allow drones or quadcopters on property?

Our primary focus at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort is providing a peaceful and safe place to work and play for our guests and employees. We strive to make sure the guest experience is unimpeded and that we respect everyone’s individual privacy. Because of these reasons, we prohibit unmanned aerial systems (UAS) by our guests unless directly hired to do so for media reasons and pre-approved by our admin team.

What is the Bandon Dunes Charitable Foundation?

Bandon Dunes Charitable Foundation (BDCF) is the grant making entity of Bandon Dunes Golf Resort. All net proceeds from Bandon Preserve & Shorty’s fund the BDCF’s mission to fund projects on the South Coast of Oregon that yield triple-bottom-line results – conservation, community, and economy. Will I have cell service on property?

Bandon Dunes Golf Resort is located in a remote area on the Oregon Coast, so cell service varies between providers. Please check with your cell provider to confirm that you will have service during your visit.

Does the resort have a corkage fee?

Yes, the corkage fee for wine is $30 per 750ml bottle or $60 per bottle – Magnum and above. Additionally, guests may not bring in a bottle that is on the list (producer + vintage) of the respective restaurant they are dining at.
